Covid-19 Drawing Project - drawing goes viral!
Drawing tasks to keep us busy during the lock-down
Many of us will be finding ourselves with extra time on our hands while we self-isolate and engage less with public life. This may be a difficult time with much disruption but it also gives us a great opportunity to slow down a little and be more creative.
Drawing Escapes will be giving weekly on-line drawing tasks to challange your way of thinking about drawing, when and where you draw and perhaps the role of drawing in your life. The Covid-19 outbreak is an unprecedented event prompting a questioning of our values. It may turn out to be a time of self-reflection,
a time to re-evaluate of our goals, priorities and, perhaps even the way we live.
Join our Facebook group and post your images there
so that those in the group can comment and see how others have responded to the tasks.
Then we will publish them here on the Drawing Escapes website.
Click below to see the drawings from each task... enjoy!
