Athens is perhaps Europe's oldest city with an astonishingly rich  cultural past. It was the birthplace of democracy and has a history going back 3,400 years.
It's a magnificent drawing location that offers a unique combination of historic architecture, natural beauty and a vibrant contemporary culture. Much of the historic centre is pedestrianised which helps to make drawing environment comfortable and relaxed. There are many gardens and parks that offer splendid views across the city which is scattered with ancient monuments.

We will have the opportunity to visit the southern suburbs which  boast palm fringed beaches, marinas and fine local cafes.

Friendly locals, great food and Mediterranean sunshine are the icing on the cake.
